Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to stream audio content and browse the site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not download, copy, distribute, or publicly perform any music or media from this site without express written permission from us.

If you submit music tracks, demos, or related materials through our Label Song Submissions portal:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your underlying intellectual property; submitting a demo does not transfer your copyrights to us.
• License for Evaluation: By submitting your music, you grant Syndicate Bass Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to stream, listen to, and share your track internally among our team and A&R representatives solely for evaluation purposes.
• Representations: You represent and warrant that the music you submit is your own original creation, that you own all necessary rights (including samples, vocals, and beats), and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Product Information: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, sizing charts, and apparel imagery. However, we do not warrant that product colors or descriptions are entirely error-free due to display differences.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices, cancel orders due to stock limitations, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through third-party billing gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize our processors to charge the designated amount.

Our Services heavily integrate third-party features, such as embedded media players (SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube), smart links, and social platforms (Discord). We do not monitor, control, or assume responsibility for the content, terms, or business practices of any third-party websites or services.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within our jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
